Its stainless steel exterior and interior enhance durability and resistance to corrosion. The electronic control system features a digital display for precise temperature management, along with high/low temperature alarms for optimal food safety. Equipped with self-contained refrigeration and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator, the D72GFN utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling.
