The Continental Refrigerator D72N27M-D is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for efficiency and convenience in sandwich and salad preparation. This 72"W unit features a three-section design with (27) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans, complemented by an 8" cutting board for easy food assembly. It includes (6) drawers, each capable of accommodating either (1) 12 x 18 x 6 pan or a combination of (1) 1/2 x 6 pan and (1) 1/3 x 6 pan (pans not included). Constructed with a durable stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior, this unit ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The electronic control system features a digital display and a hi-low alarm for optimal temperature management. It is equipped with 6" adjustable legs for stability and easy cleaning.
