The unit is constructed with stainless steel front and end panels, complemented by galvanized steel rear and grill, ensuring longevity and resistance to wear. Inside, the aluminum interior is easy to clean and maintain. The unit includes two drawers, each capable of holding two 12 x 20 x 6 pans (not included), allowing for organized storage of ingredients. A half-height field rehingeable door offers easy access to the interior while maximizing space efficiency. Equipped with electronic controls and off-cycle defrost, the FA43N-D operates smoothly and efficiently. The 1/3 HP compressor utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for environmentally friendly cooling. The side-mounted refrigeration system enhances accessibility and maintenance.
