Featuring a 43"W worktop made from 300 series stainless steel, it includes a 6"H backsplash for added protection. The unit boasts stainless steel front and end panels, with a galvanized steel rear and grill, ensuring robust construction. The aluminum interior is easy to clean and maintain. This freezer counter is equipped with two drawers, each capable of holding one 12 x 20 x 6 pan (not included), providing ample storage for your ingredients. It also features a half-height field rehingeable door for convenient access. The electronic control system allows for precise temperature management, while the off-cycle defrost function enhances efficiency. Powered by a 1/3 HP compressor using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the side-mounted refrigeration system ensures optimal cooling performance. The unit is cETLus and NSF certified, meeting industry standards for safety and sanitation.
