Description
The Continental Refrigerator PA60N-D is a high-performance pizza prep table designed for efficiency and convenience in busy kitchens. With a spacious 60"W and a 19.0 cu ft capacity, this two-section unit features a durable 300 series stainless steel worktop and a 19" deep nylon cutting board for easy food preparation. It includes two drawers that accommodate two 12 x 20 x 6 pans each, along with two narrow drawers that hold one 12 x 20 x 6 pan each, providing ample storage for ingredients (pans supplied by others). The half-height field rehingeable door allows for easy access to the interior. Equipped with a hot gas condensate evaporator and side-mounted refrigeration, the unit ensures optimal cooling performance. The reversing condenser fan enhances efficiency, while the electronic control and off-cycle defrost features simplify operation. Constructed with stainless steel front and end panels and an aluminum interior, the PA60N-D is built for durability and easy cleaning. It operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and is powered by a 1/3 HP compressor, meeting cETLus and NSF standards for safety and quality.
