The durable 300 series stainless steel worktop features a 19" poly cutting board, ideal for efficient food prep. This pizza prep table includes four drawers, each capable of holding two 12 x 20 x 6 pans (not included), ensuring easy access to ingredients. The half-height field rehingeable door allows for flexible configuration and quick access to the interior. Equipped with a hot gas condensate evaporator and side-mounted refrigeration, the PA68N-D ensures optimal cooling performance. The reversing condenser fan enhances efficiency, while the R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant is environmentally friendly. The unit operates with a 1/3 HP compressor and features electronic controls, off-cycle defrost, and a stainless steel front and end panels with an aluminum interior for easy cleaning and durability.
