With a spacious 68" width and a 22.0 cu ft capacity, it features a two-section layout that maximizes workspace. The 300 series stainless steel worktop is complemented by a 19" poly cutting board, providing a sturdy surface for food preparation. This unit includes two full-height and one half-height field-rehingeable doors for easy access and organization. The hot gas condensate evaporator ensures optimal performance, while the stainless steel front and end panels, along with an aluminum interior, enhance durability and ease of cleaning. Equipped with electronic controls and off-cycle defrost, the PA68N offers user-friendly operation. The side-mounted refrigeration system features a reversing condenser fan for efficient cooling, utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for environmentally friendly operation. Powered by a 1/3 HP compressor, this pizza prep table is cETLus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
