The Continental Refrigerator RA60N10-D is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. Featuring a 60" wide, 300 series stainless steel top, it includes (10) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans for efficient ingredient storage. The unit boasts a durable stainless steel front and sides, with a galvanized steel case back and an aluminum interior for easy cleaning and maintenance. Equipped with a 12" deep nylon cutting board, this unit enhances workspace efficiency. It includes (2) larger drawers, with the top drawer accommodating (1) 12" x 20" pan and (3) 1/6 pans, while the bottom drawer holds (2) 12" x 20" pans. Additionally, (2) narrow drawers are designed to hold (1) 12" x 20" x 6" pan each. The half-height field rehingeable door provides easy access to contents. The RA60N10-D features electronic controls, off-cycle defrost, and a hot gas condensate evaporator for optimal performance. Its side-mounted refrigeration system operates with a 1/3 HP compressor and utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, ensuring energy efficiency. This unit is cETLus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
