The Continental Refrigerator RA60N10 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. Featuring a 60" wide, 300 series stainless steel top, it includes (10) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans for optimal ingredient storage. The unit boasts a durable stainless steel front and sides, a galvanized steel case back, and an aluminum interior for easy cleaning and maintenance. Equipped with a 12" deep nylon cutting board, it provides ample workspace for food preparation. The design includes (2) full height and (1) half height field-rehingeable doors for flexible access. The electronic control system ensures precise temperature management, while the off-cycle defrost feature and hot gas condensate evaporator enhance efficiency. Powered by a 1/3 HP side-mounted refrigeration system using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit is both environmentally friendly and energy-efficient. cETLus and NSF certified, the RA60N10 is built to meet professional kitchen standards.
