Description
The Continental Refrigerator RA60N12-D is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. Featuring a 60" wide, 300 series stainless steel top, this unit includes (12) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans for efficient ingredient storage. The stainless steel front and sides ensure durability, while the galvanized steel case back and aluminum interior provide added strength and easy maintenance. Equipped with a 12" deep nylon cutting board, the RA60N12-D enhances workspace efficiency. It includes two larger drawers: the top drawer accommodates (1) 12" x 20" pan plus (3) 1/6 pans, while the bottom drawer holds (2) 12" x 20" pans. Additionally, two narrow drawers can each hold (1) 12" x 20" x 6" pan. The unit features a half-height field rehingeable door for convenient access. The electronic control system ensures precise temperature management, complemented by off-cycle defrost and a hot gas condensate evaporator for optimal performance. Powered by a 1/3 HP side-mounted refrigeration system using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit is both efficient and environmentally friendly.
