The unit boasts a stainless steel front and sides, a galvanized steel case back, and an aluminum interior for enhanced longevity and easy cleaning. Equipped with a 12" deep nylon cutting board, it provides ample workspace for food preparation. The design includes (2) full and (1) half height field-rehingeable doors for flexible access. The electronic control system ensures precise temperature management, while the off-cycle defrost feature and hot gas condensate evaporator enhance operational efficiency. Powered by a 1/3 HP side-mounted refrigeration system using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit is both eco-friendly and effective.
