Description
The Continental Refrigerator RA60N12M-D is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This 60"W unit features a durable 300 series stainless steel top, equipped with (12) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans for optimal ingredient storage. The stainless steel front and sides ensure longevity, while the galvanized steel case back and aluminum interior provide added durability. The unit includes a spacious 10" deep nylon cutting board for efficient food prep. It offers two larger drawers, with the top drawer accommodating (1) 12" x 20" pan and (3) 1/6 pans, and the bottom drawer designed for (2) 12" x 20" pans. Additionally, two narrow drawers can hold (1) 12" x 20" x 6" pan each. The RA60N12M-D features a half-height field-rehingeable door for easy access, electronic controls for precise temperature management, and an off-cycle defrost system. The hot gas condensate evaporator enhances efficiency, while the side-mounted refrigeration system operates with R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. This unit is cETLus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and sanitation.
