The Continental Refrigerator RA60N18M-D is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This 60"W unit features a durable 300 series stainless steel top, accommodating (18) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans for efficient ingredient storage. The stainless steel front and sides ensure longevity and easy cleaning, while the galvanized steel case back and aluminum interior provide added durability. Equipped with a 10" deep nylon cutting board, this unit enhances workspace efficiency. It includes two larger drawers: the top drawer can hold (1) 12" x 20" pan plus (3) 1/6 pans, while the bottom drawer accommodates (2) 12" x 20" pans. Additionally, two narrow drawers are designed to hold (1) 12" x 20" x 6" pan each. The unit features a half-height field rehingeable door for easy access. The electronic control system ensures precise temperature management, complemented by an off-cycle defrost feature and a hot gas condensate evaporator. Powered by a 1/3 HP side-mounted refrigeration system using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit is both efficient and environmentally friendly.
