Description
The Continental Refrigerator RA60N8-D is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 60" width, it features a durable 300 series stainless steel top equipped with (8) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans for efficient ingredient storage. The unit boasts a stainless steel front and sides, a galvanized steel case back, and an aluminum interior for enhanced durability and easy cleaning. This model includes a 12" deep nylon cutting board for convenient food preparation. It offers two larger drawers, with the top drawer accommodating (1) 12" x 20" pan and (3) 1/6 pans, while the bottom drawer holds (2) 12" x 20" pans. Additionally, two narrow drawers can each hold (1) 12" x 20" x 6" pan. The unit is designed with a half-height field rehingeable door for easy access. Equipped with electronic controls and an off-cycle defrost system, the RA60N8-D ensures optimal temperature management. The hot gas condensate evaporator and side-mounted refrigeration system, powered by a 1/3 HP compressor using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, provide efficient cooling. This unit is cETLus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
