Featuring a 60" wide, 300 series stainless steel top, it includes eight 1/6 size x 4" deep pans for optimal ingredient storage. The unit boasts a stainless steel front and sides, a galvanized steel case back, and an aluminum interior for enhanced longevity and easy cleaning. Equipped with a 12" deep nylon cutting board, it provides ample workspace for food preparation. The design includes two full-height and one half-height field-rehingeable doors for flexible access. The electronic control system ensures precise temperature management, while the off-cycle defrost feature and hot gas condensate evaporator enhance operational efficiency. Powered by a 1/3 HP side-mounted refrigeration system using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit is both environmentally friendly and energy-efficient.
