This 60"W unit features a shallow depth worktop made from 300 series stainless steel, providing a robust and easy-to-clean surface for food preparation. The stainless steel front and end panels, along with galvanized steel rear and grill, ensure long-lasting performance, while the aluminum interior promotes optimal temperature retention. The unit includes two spacious drawers that accommodate one 12 x 20 x 6 pan each (pans not included), as well as two narrow drawers that hold four 6 x 6 2/3 x 6 pans each (pans not included). Additionally, it features a half-height field rehingeable door for easy access to stored items. Equipped with electronic controls and off-cycle defrost, the RA60SN-D operates efficiently with a 1/4 HP side-mounted refrigeration system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
