Description
The Continental Refrigerator RA60SN10-D is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This unit features a 60" wide, shallow depth design, making it ideal for space-constrained kitchens. The top is constructed from durable 300 series stainless steel and accommodates (10) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans, providing ample storage for ingredients. The unit boasts a stainless steel front and sides, with a galvanized steel case back and aluminum interior for enhanced durability and easy cleaning. A 10" deep nylon cutting board offers a convenient workspace for food preparation. Storage is optimized with (2) drawers that can hold (1) 12 x 20 x 6 pan each (not included) and (2) narrow drawers designed to accommodate (4) 6 x 6 2/3 x 6 pans per drawer (not included). The unit also features a half-height field rehingeable door for easy access. Equipped with electronic controls, off-cycle defrost, and a hot gas condensate evaporator, this unit ensures efficient operation. The side-mounted refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/3 HP compressor. The RA60SN10-D is cETLus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and sanitation.
