This unit features a 60" wide, shallow depth design, making it ideal for space-constrained kitchens. The top is constructed from durable 300 series stainless steel and accommodates (10) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans, providing ample storage for ingredients. The unit boasts a stainless steel front and sides, with a galvanized steel case back and an aluminum interior for enhanced durability and easy cleaning. A 10" deep nylon cutting board offers a convenient workspace for food preparation. Equipped with (2) full height and (1) half height field-rehingeable doors, the RA60SN10 ensures easy access to stored items. The electronic control system features off-cycle defrost and a hot gas condensate evaporator for efficient operation. The side-mounted refrigeration system, powered by a 1/3 HP compressor and utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, ensures optimal cooling performance. This unit is cETLus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
