The Continental Refrigerator RA60SN12-D is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This unit features a 60" wide, shallow depth design with a durable 300 series stainless steel top, accommodating (12) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans for efficient ingredient storage. The stainless steel front and sides ensure longevity and easy cleaning, while the galvanized steel case back and aluminum interior provide added durability. Equipped with a 10" deep nylon cutting board, this unit enhances workspace efficiency. It includes (2) drawers that can hold (1) 12 x 20 x 6 pan each (pans not included) and (2) narrow drawers that accommodate (4) 6 x 6 2/3 x 6 pans per drawer (pans not included). The half-height field rehingeable door offers convenient access to stored items. The RA60SN12-D features electronic controls for precise temperature management, off-cycle defrost for energy efficiency, and a hot gas condensate evaporator for optimal performance. Powered by a 1/3 HP side-mounted refrigeration system using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit is both environmentally friendly and efficient. Certified by cETLus and NSF, it meets high standards for safety and sanitation.
