The Continental Refrigerator RA60SN8-D is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. With a 60" width, it features a durable 300 series stainless steel top that accommodates (8) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans, ensuring ample space for ingredients. The unit boasts a stainless steel front and sides, a galvanized steel case back, and an aluminum interior for enhanced durability and easy cleaning. Equipped with a 10" deep nylon cutting board, this unit provides a convenient workspace for food preparation. It includes (2) drawers that can hold (1) 12 x 20 x 6 pan per drawer and (2) narrow drawers that accommodate (4) 6 x 6 2/3 x 6 pans per drawer, both supplied by others. The half-height field rehingeable door allows for easy access to stored items. The RA60SN8-D features electronic controls for precise temperature management, off-cycle defrost for efficient operation, and a hot gas condensate evaporator for improved performance. Powered by a 1/3 HP side-mounted refrigeration system using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit is both energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. It is cETLus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and sanitation.
