A 10" deep nylon cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. The unit is equipped with (2) full height and (1) half height field-rehingeable doors for flexible access. Its electronic control system ensures precise temperature management, while the off-cycle defrost feature and hot gas condensate evaporator enhance efficiency. The side-mounted refrigeration system operates with a 1/3 HP compressor and utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, making it an eco-friendly choice.
