With a spacious 68" width, it features a robust 300 series stainless steel top that accommodates (10) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans, perfect for storing a variety of ingredients. The unit boasts a stainless steel front and sides, complemented by a galvanized steel case back and an aluminum interior for enhanced longevity. Equipped with a 12" deep nylon cutting board, this unit provides ample workspace for food preparation. It includes (4) drawers, with the top drawers designed to hold (1) 12" x 20" pan and (3) 1/6 pans each, while the bottom drawers can accommodate (2) 12" x 20" pans each, ensuring easy access to your ingredients. The RA68N10-D features a half-height field rehingeable door for flexible access, along with electronic controls for precise temperature management. Its off-cycle defrost system and hot gas condensate evaporator enhance efficiency, while the side-mounted refrigeration system powered by a 1/3 HP compressor utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly operation. This unit is cETLus and NSF certified, ensuring it meets the highest standards for safety and sanitation in commercial kitchens.
