With a spacious 68" width, it features a durable 300 series stainless steel top that accommodates (10) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans, ensuring ample space for ingredients. The unit boasts a stainless steel front and sides for enhanced durability, complemented by a galvanized steel case back and an aluminum interior for easy cleaning. Equipped with a 12" deep nylon cutting board, this unit provides a convenient workspace for food preparation. It includes (2) full height and (1) half height field rehingeable doors, allowing for flexible access to stored items. The electronic control system ensures precise temperature management, while the off-cycle defrost feature and hot gas condensate evaporator enhance efficiency. Powered by a 1/3 HP side-mounted refrigeration system using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, the RA68N10 is both environmentally friendly and energy-efficient. It meets cETLus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
