The unit boasts a stainless steel front and sides for enhanced durability, while the galvanized steel case back and aluminum interior provide additional strength and easy maintenance. A 12" deep nylon cutting board offers a convenient workspace for food preparation. The unit includes (2) full height and (1) half height field rehingeable doors, allowing for flexible access and efficient organization. The electronic control system ensures precise temperature management, complemented by an off-cycle defrost feature for optimal performance. The hot gas condensate evaporator enhances efficiency, while the side-mounted refrigeration system with a 1/3 HP compressor utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for environmentally friendly operation.
