The stainless steel front and end panels provide a sleek appearance, while the galvanized steel rear and grill enhance durability. Inside, the aluminum interior is designed for easy maintenance and optimal cooling. The unit includes four drawers, each capable of holding two 12 x 20 x 6 pans (not included), allowing for organized storage of ingredients. Additionally, it features a half-height field-rehingeable door for flexible access. Equipped with electronic controls and off-cycle defrost, the RA68NBS-D operates efficiently with a 1/4 HP side-mounted refrigeration system using environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
