The Continental Refrigerator RA93N12-D is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 93" width, it features a durable 300 series stainless steel top that accommodates (12) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans, ensuring ample space for ingredients. The unit boasts a stainless steel front and sides, a galvanized steel case back, and an aluminum interior for enhanced durability and easy cleaning. Equipped with a 12" deep nylon cutting board, this unit provides a convenient workspace for food preparation. It includes (6) drawers, with the top drawers designed to hold (1) 12" x 20" pan and (3) 1/6 pans each, while the bottom drawers can accommodate (2) 12" x 20" pans each, maximizing storage efficiency. The RA93N12-D features a half-height field-rehingeable door for easy access, electronic control for precise temperature management, and an off-cycle defrost system for optimal performance.
