Description
The Continental Refrigerator RA93N18M-D is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 93" width, it features a durable 300 series stainless steel top that accommodates (18) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans, ensuring ample space for ingredients. The unit boasts a stainless steel front and sides, a galvanized steel case back, and an aluminum interior for enhanced durability and easy cleaning. Equipped with a 10" deep nylon cutting board, this unit provides a convenient workspace for food preparation. It includes (6) drawers, with the top drawers designed to hold (1) 12" x 20" pan and (3) 1/6 pans each, while the bottom drawers can accommodate (2) 12" x 20" pans each. A half-height field rehingeable door offers easy access to the refrigerated contents. The RA93N18M-D features electronic controls for precise temperature management, off-cycle defrost for efficient operation, and a hot gas condensate evaporator. Powered by a 1/3 HP side-mounted refrigeration system using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit is both eco-friendly and energy-efficient. It is cETLus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
