The Continental Refrigerator RA93SN12-D is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 93" width, it features a durable 300 series stainless steel top equipped with (12) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans, ideal for efficient ingredient organization. The unit boasts a stainless steel front and sides, complemented by a galvanized steel case back and an aluminum interior for enhanced durability and easy cleaning. A 10" deep nylon cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. The unit includes (6) drawers, each capable of holding (1) 12 x 20 x 6 pan (not included), ensuring easy access to ingredients. Additionally, it features a half-height field rehingeable door for flexible access. The RA93SN12-D is equipped with electronic controls, off-cycle defrost, and a hot gas condensate evaporator for optimal performance. Its side-mounted refrigeration system operates with a 1/3 HP compressor and utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, making it an environmentally friendly choice.
