Description
The Continental Refrigerator RA93SN8-D is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 93" width, it features a durable 300 series stainless steel top equipped with eight 1/6 size x 4" deep pans for efficient ingredient storage. The unit boasts a stainless steel front and sides, a galvanized steel case back, and an aluminum interior for enhanced durability and easy cleaning. A 10" deep nylon cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. The unit includes six drawers, each capable of holding one 12 x 20 x 6 pan (not included), ensuring organized storage of ingredients. Additionally, it features a half-height field-rehingeable door for easy access. The RA93SN8-D is equipped with electronic controls, off-cycle defrost, and a hot gas condensate evaporator for optimal performance. Its side-mounted refrigeration system operates with a 1/3 HP compressor and uses environmentally friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. This unit is cETLus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
