With a 32"W footprint and a spacious 9.0 cu ft capacity, this one-section unit features (12) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans, providing ample space for ingredients. The 8" cutting board enhances efficiency during food prep. Equipped with (2) drawers, each drawer can accommodate either (1) 12 x 20 x 6 pan or a combination of (1) 1/2 x 6 pan and (2) 1/3 x 6 pans, allowing for versatile storage options (pans not included). The unit boasts a durable stainless steel top, front, and end panels, complemented by an aluminum back and interior for easy cleaning and longevity. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and features a 1/5 hp compressor, ensuring efficient cooling.
