The Continental Refrigerator SW32N12M-FB-D is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for efficiency and convenience in food preparation. This mega top sandwich and salad unit features a 32" width and a front breather for optimal airflow. It includes twelve 1/6 size x 4" deep pans, complemented by an 8" cutting board for easy assembly of sandwiches and salads. The unit is equipped with two drawers, each capable of accommodating either one 12 x 20 x 6 pan or a combination of one 1/2 x 6 pan and two 1/3 x 6 pans (pans not included). Constructed with a durable stainless steel top, front, and end panels, along with an aluminum back and interior, this unit ensures longevity and easy maintenance. Mobility is enhanced with 3-3/4" casters, while the rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly cooling.
