The Continental Refrigerator SW32N8-D is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. With a 32" width and a spacious 9.0 cu ft capacity, this one-section unit features eight 1/6 size x 4" deep pans, complemented by a 12" cutting board for efficient food prep. It includes two drawers that can accommodate either one 12 x 20 x 6 pan or a combination of one 1/2 x 6 pan and two 1/3 x 6 pans, providing versatile storage options (pans not included). The unit is constructed with a durable stainless steel top, front, and end panels, while the aluminum back and interior ensure longevity and easy maintenance. Equipped with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration, it utilizes an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator and operates with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly performance. The 1/5 hp compressor ensures reliable cooling, and the unit is cETLus and NSF certified, meeting industry standards for safety and sanitation.
