Description
The Continental Refrigerator SW48N10-D is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 48" width and a 13.4 cu ft capacity, this two-section unit features ten 1/6 size x 4" deep pans, providing ample space for ingredients. The 12" cutting board enhances efficiency during food prep. Equipped with four drawers, each drawer can accommodate either one 12 x 18 x 6 pan or a combination of one 1/2 x 6 pan and one 1/3 x 6 pan (pans not included). The unit is constructed with a durable stainless steel top, front, and end panels, while the aluminum back and interior ensure longevity and ease of cleaning. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and features a 1/4 hp compressor for efficient cooling. An automatic hot gas condensate evaporator helps maintain optimal performance. This unit is cETLus and NSF certified, ensuring it meets industry standards for safety and sanitation.
