The Continental Refrigerator SW48N12-D is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 48" width and a 13.4 cu ft capacity, this two-section unit features (12) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans, providing ample space for ingredients. The integrated 12" cutting board enhances efficiency during food prep. This unit includes (4) drawers, each capable of accommodating either (1) 12 x 18 x 6 pan or (1) 1/2 x 6 pan and (1) 1/3 x 6 pan (pans not included). Constructed with a durable stainless steel top, front, and end panels, along with an aluminum back and interior, it ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and features a 1/4 hp compressor for efficient cooling. An automatic hot gas condensate evaporator helps maintain optimal performance. The SW48N12-D is cETLus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
