The Continental Refrigerator SW48N12C-D is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 48" width and a 13.4 cu ft capacity, this two-section unit features (12) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans, providing ample space for ingredients. The 19" cutting board enhances efficiency during food prep. Equipped with (4) drawers, each drawer can accommodate either (1) 12 x 18 x 6 pan or (1) 1/2 x 6 pan and (1) 1/3 x 6 pan (pans not included), allowing for versatile storage options. The unit boasts a durable stainless steel top, front, and end panels, complemented by an aluminum back and interior for easy cleaning and longevity. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and features a 1/4 hp compressor for efficient cooling. An automatic hot gas condensate evaporator ensures optimal performance. This unit is cETLus and NSF certified, meeting industry standards for safety and sanitation.
