The Continental Refrigerator SW48N12M-FB-D is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for efficiency and convenience in food preparation. This 48" wide, two-section Mega Top Sandwich and Salad Unit features a robust stainless steel top, front, and end panels, ensuring durability and easy cleaning. It includes (12) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans, complemented by an 8" cutting board for seamless food assembly. The unit is equipped with (4) drawers, each capable of accommodating either (1) 12 x 18 x 6 pan or a combination of (1) 1/2 x 6 pan and (1) 1/3 x 6 pan (pans not included). The aluminum back and interior provide excellent insulation and temperature retention. Mobility is enhanced with 3-3/4" casters, while the rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system ensures optimal cooling performance. The unit utilizes an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator and operates with environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. With a powerful 1/4 hp compressor, this unit meets cETLus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
