The Continental Refrigerator SW48N18M-D is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 48" width and a 13.4 cu ft capacity, this two-section unit features (18) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans, providing ample space for ingredients. The 8" cutting board enhances efficiency during food prep. Equipped with (4) drawers, each drawer can accommodate either (1) 12 x 18 x 6 pan or a combination of (1) 1/2 x 6 pan and (1) 1/3 x 6 pan (pans not included). The unit is constructed with a durable stainless steel top, front, and end panels, while the back and interior are made of aluminum for easy cleaning and maintenance. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and features an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator for optimal performance. Powered by a 1/4 hp compressor, this unit is cETLus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
