The Convotherm K12 C4 ET 10.20GB-N DD SGL is a high-performance gas combi oven designed specifically for school kitchens. This model features a steam generator and offers a generous capacity for cooking, accommodating either (10) 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans or (20) 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans. It comes equipped with (10) 21” x 23” wire shelves and (10) 12” x 20” fry baskets, providing versatile cooking options. The intuitive 10" easyTouch control panel is Wi-Fi ready, allowing for seamless operation. It includes a comprehensive US cookbook with 200 recipes tailored for common K-12 menu items. With four cooking modes—hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm—this oven adapts to various cooking needs. Additional features include a disappearing door, a triple-pane door with an anti-microbial hygienic handle, and LED lighting for enhanced visibility. The hands-free auto clean function, along with the ConvoClean+ fully automatic cleaning system, ensures effortless maintenance. Constructed from durable stainless steel, this model operates at 120v/60/1-ph with a powerful output of 109,200 BTU. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any school kitchen.
