The Convotherm C4 ET 20.10ES-N is an advanced electric combi oven designed for high-performance cooking. It features a boilerless design with a capacity for (20) half-size sheet pans or (20) 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans, making it ideal for busy kitchens. The intuitive 9" easyTouch control panel allows for seamless operation, offering 20 programmable cooking stages and storage for up to 399 recipes. This versatile oven includes four cooking modes: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm, providing flexibility for various culinary techniques. The multi-point core temperature probe ensures precise cooking results, while the five-speed auto-reversing fan promotes even heat distribution. The oven is equipped with an LED light for enhanced visibility and features a triple-pane right-hinged door with an anti-microbial hygienic door handle for improved safety and cleanliness. A pull-out spray hose simplifies maintenance, and the ConvoClean+ fully automatic hands-free cleaning system ensures effortless upkeep.
