The Convotherm K12 C4 ET 10.20GS-N DD is a high-performance gas combi oven designed specifically for school kitchens. This boilerless model accommodates up to (10) 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans or (20) 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans, making it ideal for large-scale meal preparation. It features (10) 21” x 23” wire shelves and (10) 12” x 20” fry baskets for versatile cooking options. Equipped with a 10" wifi-ready easyTouch control panel, this oven offers four cooking modes: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm, allowing for a variety of cooking techniques. The disappearing door and triple-pane design enhance energy efficiency and safety, while the anti-microbial hygienic door handle ensures cleanliness. The interior is illuminated with LED lights, and the hands-free auto clean feature, along with the ConvoClean+ fully automatic cleaning system, simplifies maintenance. This model includes a stand and is constructed from durable stainless steel, ensuring longevity in a busy kitchen environment.
