It features a user-friendly 10" wifi-ready easyTouch control panel and comes with a comprehensive US cookbook containing 200 recipes tailored for K-12 menus. Equipped with four versatile cooking modes—hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm—this oven ensures optimal cooking results. The multi-point core temperature probe and five-speed auto-reversing fan enhance cooking precision and efficiency. The unit includes 20 wire shelves and 20 fry baskets, along with a disappearing door and a triple-pane door featuring an anti-microbial hygienic handle for improved safety.
