Key features include a steam generator, a user-friendly 10" wifi-ready easyTouch control panel, and a comprehensive US cookbook with 200 recipes tailored for K-12 menus. The oven offers four cooking modes: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm, providing flexibility for various cooking techniques. Included with the oven are twelve 13” x 21” wire shelves and twelve 12” x 20” fry baskets, ensuring ample cooking space and convenience. The disappearing door design and triple-pane door with an anti-microbial hygienic handle enhance safety and cleanliness.
