The Convotherm K12 C4 ET 6.10GS-N ON 10.10GS-N DD STACK is a high-performance gas combi oven designed specifically for school kitchens. This boilerless model accommodates up to six half-size sheet pans or ten 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans in each oven, providing ample cooking capacity for large meal preparations. Key features include a user-friendly 10" wifi-ready easyTouch control panel and a comprehensive US cookbook featuring 200 recipes tailored for K-12 menus. The oven offers four versatile cooking modes: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm, allowing for a variety of cooking techniques. Constructed from durable stainless steel, this unit includes twelve 13” x 21” wire shelves and twelve 12” x 20” fry baskets for efficient organization. The disappearing door design and triple-pane door with an anti-microbial hygienic handle enhance safety and cleanliness. Additional benefits include LED lighting for improved visibility, a pull-out spray hose for easy cleaning, and the ConvoClean+ fully automatic hands-free cleaning system, ensuring maintenance is simple and efficient.
