The Convotherm K12 C4 ET 6.20EB-N ON 10.20EB-N DD STACK is an advanced electric combi oven designed specifically for school kitchens. Equipped with sixteen 21” x 23” wire shelves and sixteen 12” x 20” fry baskets, this model ensures efficient cooking and easy organization. The 10" easyTouch control panel is Wi-Fi ready, providing intuitive operation and access to a US cookbook featuring 200 recipes tailored for K-12 menus.
