The Convotherm K12 C4 ET 6.20EB-N ON 6.20EB-N DD STACK is an electric combi oven designed specifically for school kitchens. This versatile unit accommodates up to six 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans or twelve 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans, making it ideal for large-scale meal preparation. It features a steam generator and includes twelve 21” x 23” wire shelves and twelve 12” x 20” fry baskets for optimal cooking flexibility. Equipped with a 10" wifi-ready easyTouch control panel, this oven offers four cooking modes: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm, allowing for diverse menu options. The disappearing door and triple-pane design enhance energy efficiency, while the anti-microbial hygienic door handle promotes cleanliness. LED lights illuminate the cooking chamber, and a pull-out spray hose simplifies maintenance. The ConvoClean+ fully automatic hands-free cleaning system ensures effortless upkeep.
