Description
The Convotherm K12 C4 ET 6.20ES-N ON 10.20ES-N DD STACK is an advanced electric combi oven designed specifically for school kitchens. This boilerless model accommodates up to six 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans or twelve 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans in the upper oven, and one additional oven with a capacity for ten 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans or twenty 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans. Key features include a user-friendly 10" wifi-ready easyTouch control panel and a comprehensive US cookbook featuring 200 recipes tailored for K-12 menus. The oven offers four versatile cooking modes: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm, ensuring a variety of cooking options. Included are sixteen 21” x 23” wire shelves and sixteen 12” x 20” fry baskets, along with wire racks and a disappearing door for easy access. The triple-pane door is equipped with an anti-microbial hygienic handle and LED lights for enhanced visibility. The pull-out spray hose simplifies cleaning, while the ConvoClean+ fully automatic hands-free cleaning system ensures maintenance is effortless. Constructed from durable stainless steel, this UL-Listed ventless model does not require a hood, adhering to local codes.
