The Convotherm K12 C4 ET 6.20GB-N ON 6.20GB-N DD STACK is a high-performance gas combi oven designed specifically for school kitchens. This model features a steam generator and offers a generous capacity to accommodate (6) full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans or (12) 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans. It includes (12) wire shelves measuring 21” x 23” and is equipped with a user-friendly 10" wifi-ready easyTouch control panel. The oven supports four versatile cooking modes: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm, making it ideal for a variety of K-12 menu items. It comes with a comprehensive US cookbook featuring 200 recipes tailored for school dining. The design incorporates a disappearing door and a triple-pane door with an anti-microbial hygienic handle for enhanced safety and cleanliness. Additional features include LED lighting, a pull-out spray hose for easy cleaning, and the ConvoClean+ fully automatic hands-free cleaning system, ensuring maintenance is simple and efficient. Constructed from durable stainless steel, this combi oven is built to last. It operates on (2) 120v/60/1-ph power sources and delivers (2) 68,200 BTU, meeting cULus and NSF standards. The included stacking kit with feet allows for space-saving installation.
