This SinAqua™ Induction Hot Food Well features a rectangular design with a depth of 6 inches, accommodating various gastronorm or standard hotel pans, including one 1/1 size or three 1/3 size pans. Equipped with two separate control panels, it offers four standard temperature settings and an automatic timer for precise heating. The spring-loaded sealed temperature sensor and microprocessor ensure consistent performance, while automatic pan detection enhances usability. The red LED display provides clear visibility of settings, and a lock feature adds an extra layer of security. Constructed from durable polycarbonate and stainless steel, the unit operates at 1300 watts with a voltage range of 200-240V at 50/60Hz and 5.5 amps. It comes with a cord and NEMA 6-20P plug, meeting cETLus, NSF, and CE standards.
