The Cres Cor 1000CHSKSPLITSTKDX Smoker Oven is a versatile cooking solution designed for efficiency and convenience. This mobile, stacked unit features an insulated design and a removable stainless steel pan that accommodates up to 16 full-size 18" x 26" pans on 3" centers. It includes three stainless steel wire grids for optimal cooking flexibility. Equipped with deluxe LED oven controls, this smoker oven offers 18 programmable menu options and food probe cooking, complete with a 6" probe for precise temperature monitoring. The field-reversible door allows for adaptable placement in any kitchen layout. The cook and hold cycles ensure food is kept at the perfect temperature, while the anti-microbial latch promotes hygiene. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, it also features a vented chip box for enhanced smoking capabilities. Mobility is made easy with four 5" swivel casters, including two that swivel and two that are rigid. This unit is cCSAus and CSA certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
