Description
The Cres Cor 1000CHSSSPLITSTKDX is a versatile mobile Cook-N-Hold Cabinet designed for efficient cooking and holding of food. This stacked, radiant, and insulated unit features dual thermostats, allowing for precise temperature control: hold temperatures range from 140°F to 200°F, while cooking temperatures can be set between 140°F and 325°F. With a generous capacity, it accommodates up to 16 standard 18" x 26" angle pans on 3" centers and includes 6 wire grids for optimal organization. The deluxe LED oven controls offer 18 programmable menu options and food probe cooking, complete with a 6" probe for accurate monitoring. The cabinet is equipped with field-reversible doors featuring magnetic latches and anti-microbial properties for enhanced hygiene. Constructed with durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, it ensures longevity and easy maintenance. Mobility is facilitated by four 5" swivel casters, two of which are braked for stability. This unit is cCSAus and CSA certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
